Job Hiring Office Staff in Bocaue, Central Luzon

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Answers incoming phone calls, receives, sorts and endorses incoming mails from different office suppliers and customers.
 Typed various correspondences, reports and other written materials from rough drafts, corrected copies, dictated notes and other source materials, and completed forms in accordance with company procedures and policies.
 Attends to customer inquiries and concerns and act immediately and effectively to rescue the same.
 Maintains an accurate and efficient file of customer data.
 Make Sales Invoices, Purchase Order, Quotations, Sales Stocks, Inventories, Monthly Reports.
 Performs other duties that may be assigned as need arises.
